They Sure Have A Point

When it comes to the common law, the courts can be used to correct market irregularities. The problem's of course when there are disagreements on what is and isn't [ir-]regular. How about busty women? A great many men like a busty woman, but up until now a British department store has been charging extra for over-sized busts. Huh? Does this place have, like, any competition?

Well, I might just leave it to you to decide if charging extra for bigger busts is a permissible practice. There's lots of for and against arguments: the department store should discriminate at its leisure and its final decision will depend on whether this discrimination hurts sales. Or on the other hand a bust size is about as optional as one's sexual orientation, and changing it is costly.

Yes, there's definitely room in this debate for some good argument...
