The problem's of course when there are disagreements on what is and isn't [ir-]regular. How about busty women? A great many men &lt;span style="font-style:italic;"&gt;like&lt;/span&gt; a busty woman, but up until now a British department store has been &lt;a href="http://www.abc.net.au/news/stories/2009/05/08/2565129.htm"&gt;charging extra&lt;/a&gt; for over-sized busts. &lt;span style="font-style:italic;"&gt;Huh?&lt;/span&gt; Does this place have, like, &lt;span style="font-style:italic;"&gt;any&lt;/span&gt; competition?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Well, I might just leave it to you to decide if charging extra for bigger busts is a permissible practice. There's lots of for and against arguments: the department store should discriminate at its leisure and its final decision will depend on whether this discrimination hurts sales. He dished a real mind-blower recently, calling the seizure of American facilities a "&lt;a href="http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/americas/8041366.stm"&gt;revolutionary offensive&lt;/a&gt;."
